If GA4 and GTM aren't telling the truth, every other decision is a guess. I audit and rebuild the measurement layer first. Then we scale.
One scoreboard, one number.
Every account gets a single north-star metric tied to revenue or pipeline. The dashboard stays short. The meetings stay shorter.
Experiment weekly, ship monthly.
Tests are scoped to learn something, not to look busy. Winners scale, losers get documented, and we move on without ceremony.
